Who writes SlotVault
Curtis O., Founder & Editor, researches the directory and writes our guides. SlotVault was built after seeing first-hand how casino bonus terms are dressed up to look generous while the wagering, caps and exclusions quietly do the opposite. Every listing is checked by hand against our scoring methodology, and every guide is written to be genuinely useful before it is anything else. We are an independent directory — not a gambling operator, and we never take wagers or hold funds.
How we research
- Licensing first.We verify each operator's licence on the regulator's public register before it is listed, and name the regulator on every card. See our guide on casino licences.
- Terms decoded. Wagering, time limits, maximum cashout and game contribution are read in full and stated plainly — never buried.
- Scored, not sold. Our trust scores weigh licensing, payout speed and term fairness. Commission never affects a score or a ranking.
- Re-checked. Offers are reviewed regularly; expired or downgraded listings are pulled rather than left to mislead.
Independence
SlotVault may earn a referral commission when you join an operator through our links, at no cost to you. That commission funds the research behind the site — it is our only revenue — and it never influences our scores, rankings or which operators we list. Accuracy and corrections
We aim for every figure on SlotVault to be correct and current. Offers and terms change, so guides and listings carry a visible "last updated" date, and we fix confirmed errors quickly. If you spot something out of date or wrong, please tell us via the contact page — corrections are prioritised.
Responsible gambling
Everything we publish is for over-18s and written with safer play in mind.
