How trust scores work

Every operator in the SlotVault directory carries a trust score out of 100. The score is assigned by us, re-checked on a fixed cadence, and is never influenced by commission — an operator cannot pay for a higher score, and a better-paying affiliate deal never moves a rating.

The four pillars

• Licensing & regulation — 40 points. Which authority licenses the operator: tier-one regimes (UKGC, MGA, SGA, DGA) score highest, lighter regimes such as Curaçao score lower — which is why crypto-friendly operators typically carry lower trust scores. We name the regulator on every listing. Also weighed: how long the licence has been held and any published sanctions or findings.
• Payout speed & record — 25 points. How quickly verified withdrawals actually land, pending-time policies, and documented payout disputes.
• Bonus-term fairness — 25 points. Wagering multiples, time windows, maximum cashout caps, game exclusions and how clearly the operator discloses them. This is the same information we decode in plain language on every offer card.
• Support & transparency — 10 points. Live-chat quality and hours, clarity of terms, and how the operator handles complaints.

Review cadence

Offers are re-checked every morning; scores are reviewed whenever an operator changes its terms, regulator status or payout behaviour, and at minimum monthly. Downgraded or unlicensed operators are removed from the directory entirely rather than listed with a warning.
