Privacy policy

1. The short version

SlotVault is a directory, not a casino — we don't take registrations, deposits or bets, so we collect very little personal data. We aim to run the site without advertising-tracking cookies.

2. What we collect

• Newsletter email address — only if you subscribe, used solely to send the briefing you asked for. Unsubscribe at any time; we never sell or share the list.
• Aggregate usage statistics— page views and referral-link clicks, measured without identifying you personally, to understand what's useful.
• Server logs — our hosting provider (Vercel) processes IP addresses transiently to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

3. What we don't do

We don't build advertising profiles, we don't sell data, and we don't receive your identity from operators you join. When you leave via a referral link, the operator's own privacy policy applies from that point.

4. Legal bases & your rights

Where GDPR/UK GDPR applies, we process newsletter data on the basis of consent and site analytics on legitimate interest. You may request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time via hello@slotvault.online.

5. Retention

Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Aggregate statistics contain no personal data and are kept indefinitely.

6. Changes

We'll update this policy as the site evolves (for example if we add analytics or a newsletter provider) and reflect it in the date above.
